Avid Editing? What do you think?

I have access to an Avid Express to edit my film on... Ive edited news stuff and segments on it before and Im looking forward to using it for my film.

Has anyone ever used the infamous Avid? I know they use it for major films a lot (like American Beauty and Matrix used it, right?)

As long as you know how to cut, crossfade and fade to black, who cares what the tool is?

Oh, and don't forget the EDL!!

(I haven't used Avid, Media100 or Lightworks ... because I don't have to)
